For what you’ve described, 3CX is a no brainer. FreePBX requires an investment of time and energy to learn the nuances that it sounds like you’re not interested in, though I think in the end it’s the superior product. 3CX will also cost you like $260/yr for a pro license for your size which IMO is a no brainer.. From day one, the firewall checker failed, each time we get "full cone test failed" for both ports 5060 and 5090, along with all of the other ports from 9000-9398, etc. But.... the phone system works just fine and always has.
